About Mrs. Jones

Hello friends! I am very excited to be your 2nd grade teacher this year!  I have been teaching for over 20 years and this is my 15th year at Stone Academy. I know it will be a great year!

 

I grew up in Chicago and Evanston and have also lived in Costa Rica. I speak English and Spanish. When I am not teaching, you can find me at home with my husband, Doug, and our two dogs, Frida and Lil’Bear. I have three children who are all grown up and in college. Julian is studying art, Lucia is studying biology, and Cecilia is going to be a Spanish teacher! Now my children are teaching me!
